Come to Parkside Fitness for lots of great group classes. We have Yoga, Pilates, Core Conditioning, Kick Boxing, Zumba and so much more! It is a great way to stay in shape during winter and will help your tri-training!

Come join me at Liberty Lake Athletic Club to keep yourself in shape this winter!
Mon: 5:30 pm PUMP (strength training with a bit of cardio to test that HR)
6:30 pm INDOOR CYCLING
Tues: 9:00 am INDOOR CYCLING
