Grocery Store: Pilgrim's market on 4th in Coeur d'Alene

Restaurant: I would really like some other opinions for a healthy restaurant in Coeur d'alene. I am always looking for a place with more healthy options. I will definitely check out Thai Bamboo.

Huckleberry's on Monroe, Fresh Abundance as well

Maple Street Bistro -- they have some great healthy menu items mixed in with the not-as-healthy. Also, Mizuna on Howard, Downtown Spokane. Their menu changes a LOT so it's hard to pin it down to one particular item.

What is the best grocery store in YOUR town (in your opinion) for getting healthy food that satisfies your needs as a triathlete?

And the follow-up question: what's the best healthy restaurant and your favorite item off their menu?

I'll start:

-Fresh Abundance, on Division, in Spokane.

-Thai Bamboo, on Sprague, in Spokane Valley. Fresh Rolls.
