I have heard a little about you. I am working on my PhD at U of I and had heard a little of you there. I think we both know Josh Guggenheimer. Nice to finally put a person with the name.

I had a question for you also, my son took a video at the Grand Columbian, I was doing the Aquabike due to a foot injury that is currently stoping me from running. My question is how did you run out of the water the way you did at the swim finish, there were alot of big sharp and uneven rocks under there and you can,t tell what your feet are going to come down on. I was falling all over the place, of course some of that had to do with a bad foot, but still I couldn't imagine running out of it as smoothly as you did.
