I have more than 15 years of experience working as a T.V. News Anchor and Reporter in multiple top 25 news markets around the country. I’ve worked with ABC, CBS and NBC News. My work as a news reporter has appeared on CNN and the Weather Channel. My passion for storytelling has allowed me to develop invaluable international experience with trips to Iraq, Australia, Italy, Haiti, Canada and Mexico.
One of my specialties is producing corporate and instructional videos for businesses big and small. I help companies showcase their services, people and products with real-life, honest and balanced reviews.

- What's your first triathlon? What was the experience like?
- I did my first ever triathlon on April 18, 1998 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It was an indoor event; 200 yard swim, 5 mile stationary bike and 2 miles on indoor lap track. I finished 4th in my age group. I've been hooked ever since.

Pacific NW XTERRA Trail Run Series
Two new races in Washington state will also join the XTERRA Trail Run Series schedule in 2012. The first event will be the XTERRA Fort Steilacoom Trail Run at Lakewood, Wash., on March 24. That will be followed by the XTERRA Lord Hill Trail Run at Snohomish, Wash., on June 2.
