Wild Moose Chase Trail Run at Selkirk Lodge, Mt. Spokane State Park

September 24, 2011 all day
Eastern Washington University’s enthusiastic Class of 2013 Doctor of Physical Therapy students invite you to join us for this inaugural trail run--5k, 10k, and 25k courses--during one of the best times of the year up on Mt. Spokane. The three courses start from Selkirk lodge. The 5km and 10km courses follow the Nordic trails, while the 25km course uses a mixture of double and single track trails. Don’t miss this chance to escape into the fresh, mountain air!

Profile Information

Tell us a little bit about yourself:
I am a doctor of physical therapy student attending Eastern Washington University. My time spent out of the classroom is filled with training and racing local road running races, duathlons, and sprint to half IM distance triathlons. The thrill of competition and the people I'm surrounded by at these events keep me motivated to train harder and learn everything I can.
What's your favorite race in the Inland NW?
Priest Lake Olympic Triathlon, followed by the Coeur d'Alene Olympic Triathlon.
What's your first triathlon? What was the experience like?
Palouse Sprint Triathlon. The swim is the night before in a nice, heated pool. So my experience was pretty good :)
